I’ve produced Messaging Frameworks documents for a number of hotels, properties and products. Below is a snapshot of my messaging work for The July.
Challenge
The July is a series of apartment-hotels across Europe. They were about to undergo a rebrand, shifting from a corporate persona to a more modern ‘bleisure’ guest. My task was to create a new verbal identity that could excite internal stakeholders, retain existing guests and attract new ones.
Work
My messaging can be seen across The July’s website. It was used to update guest emails and create a launch campaign for both internal and external purposes.
